I did my graduation with a BAMS (Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery) degree.
I also work as a Community Health Officer mainly dealing with community-related health issues.
Currently also work as a Medical Officer in Todkar Sanjeevani Nisargopchar Kendra.
Having a vast and effective knowledge about health, fitness, and issues the general population faces in their lifetime I decided to start my health blog.
My vision is to educate the community about their basic health with the basic solutions without getting confused over these overly accessible solutions over so many platforms. As mind and body are everyone’s very personal assets, I intend to explain how this all works in different individuals.
